The challenge
A sloped west Auckland infill site had to be unlocked for new homes despite constrained terrain and full three-waters servicing requirements.
What we did
Urban Solutions delivered the civil and subdivision engineering, from retaining and earthworks to three-waters servicing, and carried the project through resource consent.
The outcome
A constrained urban site engineered and consented for residential development, with full servicing designed in.
